Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

• In order to maintain our sustainability commit of reducing consumer demand and waste, all orders are made to order and shipped by the print house.
• Print time for most items is 1-3 business days. 
• Successfully charged order will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if it's not received. If your confirmation wasn't received, please contact us at hello@redheadedstepchild.ca
• If you need assistance with your order, please contact hello@redheadedstepchild.ca. Please note that we may not be able to change an order once it's been processed. 
• Please ensure your address is entered correctly. RedHeaded StepChild Gift Shop is not responsible for non-delivery if the address entered is incorrect. If an order is returned undeliverable, we will refund the order minus the shipping and ask you resubmit your order.
• When your order is ready, you will receive tracking information from the manufacturer directly.

Shipping Times

Most orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Orders ship from various locations and so shipping times can vary from 3-21 days. Please refer to the product description for details on shipping times for individual items. Most products will be delivered in 1-2 weeks from the order date. 

Please note we are not responsible for carrier shipping times.

Please note that not all items come from the same manufacturer. Multiple items may be received separately.
